Please send your order details and
payment in GB pounds (UK Cheques only) to: Tracy Hall, Rosebank, Burray,
Orkney KW17 2ST, UK. You order will be sent once payment has cleared.
Please remember to include your delivery address!
Online:
Browse the website and use the 'Add
to Cart' buttons when you see something you would like to order. When you have
selected your items, choose 'View Cart' where you will be taken to the checkout
to complete your purchase.
You can make alterations or cancel
your order before making the final payment.
You can order online using
any major credit or debit card.
Payments are made via our payment
processor Paypal - you do not need to have a Paypal account to order or pay
this way and your details are not disclosed.
Your order will usually be
despatched within 48 hours. If there will be any delay you will be notified and
the option to cancel given.
We have been using Paypal to
process online payments safely and securely through this website since 2001 and
are verified business account holders, so you can shop with confidence. Your
details are never passed to a third party and we do not see your bank details.

Orders up to
£5 - 75p; Orders up to £10 = £1.50; Orders up to
£30 = £3.00. Orders over £30 = £5.00. If you are in any doubt please get in touch.
Please remember to add on the correct postage charge if you are ordering by
post. Online orders have postage added automatically via the Secure Checkout.
Delivery Prints and cards are
despatched on receipt of payment by first class mail within the UK, and by
Airmail for international destinations. All prints are packed in a sturdy postal
tube for safe delivery worldwide, apart from the small prints which are supplied
ready mounted to fit an 8" x 10" frame and are sent flat packed. Larger prints can be supplied mounted ready for framing, please
ask for the cost of this. Proof of posting is obtained,
but insurance is not included - if you would like to have your
order insured against loss or damage there is an additional charge payable with
your order (please ask for a quote as it often depends on the weight, size and destination). Insured orders are sent via Special
Delivery within the UK and Airsure for all other
destinations.
Original Paintings
are sent
via Special Delivery within the UK including insurance, and by
Airsure or International Datapost for international destinations (depends on the
value of the painting) - these are both high priority
services and includes insurance and on-line tracking. Shipping of
Original Paintings is charged at cost and advised before you make
your payment.
Returns
Satisfaction guaranteed. I stand by the quality of my work but if for any reason
you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return it in perfect
condition in the original packaging within 14 days for a refund (less postage). Please obtain proof of posting and/or insurance.
